So basically it is a Y menu items which is for the cops, It is called the evidence bag which will help cops to remove any items on the ground that are near the cops in a small radius

Nobody is going to make the script for you. It should be fairly easy though, as you would just be deleting weaponholders or whatever items you mean (briefcases, etc) in a radius. So look into the fn_useitem.sqf to start it, then make a function that uses nearestObjects, some sort of loop (count or foreach would do) and deleteVehicle to remove them.
