[4.4R4] Tanoa/Altis Life Spawn Menu

i got bored and saw how tanoa wasn't getting much recognition (kavala is missing as i am a rebel on my test server lol)

(note, the spawn button is WHITE, it was black when i took the picture and now fixed it)

and put the paa in your MissionFile/Textures folder, you MSpawn_Menu_Altis.paaSpawn_Menu_Tanoa.paaUST rename them to Spawn_Menu.paa
