Hello could someone help me? I should // : Go to functions.hpp and at the top add - #include "XaFlaForo\Config_Functions.hpp"

when i do that i get the error
functions.hpp line 0 encountered instead of =

could anyone help me?

Put this in your description.ext under CfgFunctions instead

Example:

class CfgFunctions {
  #include "Functions.hpp"
  #include "XaFlaForo\Config_Functions.hpp"
};
