Here's a heads up, I don't think this is the place you want to find staff members. I have ran plenty of communities in the past (mostly arma 3) and I stopped due to staff. If you accept people you don't know your gonna deal with a lot of abuse, false bans, staff fighting, etc.... I have been through it all. well good luck maybe you will get lucky and find good staff (hard to find), cause I never could.

@Brickwall how is this going to be in universal if it says in the video its for 5.0. Don't you know 5.0 is different from other versions of Altis Life. Also adding shops and licenses is really just copy/paste.

wrong location, here's a quick heads up. Make your own. it isn't that hard do research on youtube or google. Texturing isn't as hard as scripting. if you want something done the way you want it try it yourself.
